RANCH INFORMATION

1. Fees do not include Texas Hunting License.

2. Deer and Exotics - If blood is drawn, the animal is considered taken and the full fee is assessed based upon guides estimate. If hunter chooses not to shoot an animal suggested by guide and does not take an animal a fee of $1500.00 will be assessed for the time.

3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all hunts. A $1500.00 deposit is required on whitetail deer and exotics or an amount agreed to by Threadgill Ranches.

4. Out of state hunters must purchase hunting license prior to arrival.

5. On deer and exotic hunts a minimum of a .243 caliber rifle is required.

6. All hunters must sign a release of liability form upon checking into the lodge.

7. All fees except trophy fees are payable prior to hunting and upon arrival. Trophy fees will be assessed at time of kill.

8. All deer and exotic hunts are guided.
